The newest of the villas on the prestigious Fattoria Santo Stefano, La Piaggetta has been finished and equipped to the highest standards and offers fully air-conditioned, en suite accommodation that is both spacious and flexible Sculpted into the landscape, the vast infinity pool follows the contours of the hillside and the views on all sides are simply quite breathtaking. Flag-stoned courtyards surround the house and the shady Tuscan stone loggia veranda takes in sunrise and sunset. A former hay barn now offers a superbly appointed garden room for sitting, reading, dining or relaxing or simply even after dinner dancing - on a classical note of course. Restored to its original Tuscan form and beauty, the interiors have been inspired on an Etruscan note. Wonderfully light and airy, furnished with contemporary flair.

The Cottage: A superb sitting/living/dining area which is also suitable for celebrations, receptions, meetings, or yoga or gym activities. Glass French windows on 3 sides, east and west facing thus guaranteeing superb views and luminosity. The Cottage is heated and air conditioned and with WiFi. Feature fireplace. Guest bathroom.
